Due to health and safety regulations, customers with reduced mobility and wheelchair users must book directly with the theatre to ensure a suitable seat or space is allocated. "Dinner and show" includes a three-course dinner at Noura Belgravia Restaurant. Dinner is available at 6 PM only on the day of your show. Dinner is available from a limited menu only. Transportation to and from the restaurant or theatre is not included. Children under the age of 5 are not admitted.

Redemption instructions

After booking your show, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
Voucher(s) must be redeemed at the Encore Tickets Reception Centre inside the Britain and London Visitor Centre (BLVC); the full address will appear on your printed voucher. Voucher(s) can be redeemed at any time during your stay. The Encore Reception Centre is open Mon. - Fri., 9:30 AM-6 PM and Sat.-Sun., 10 AM-4 PM. The nearest Underground station is Piccadilly Circus, Exit 3. Directions and additional assistance are available at the Encore Reception Centre. If you selected the pre-theatre dinner package, your dinner tickets will be given to you at the same time.Important: Dinner at Chez Gerard is only available at 6 PM on the day of your show and is based on a limited menu. Directions and additional assistance are available at the Encore Reception Centre.
